Dr. George Shaw is an educator, composer and performer. But first and foremost he is my dad. Playing trumpet, Flugelhorn, bass and keyboards; one of my first memories is hearing him practice and play music around the house. It was great; like growing up at a never-ending concert. I loved it.
Fast forward to the present-- It is my pleasure to now be working in conjunction with my dad on a project titled "JASMINE FLAVORS AND WORLD GROOVES". He says; "this project is truly a labor of love and gives me complete creative control. It allows me to realize my musical impressions of your photography". In other words, he gets to create his music through the "lens of my camera". You will be able to enjoy the world premiere of each work on my show. Please tune in.
